Sunrise (2000)
Presentazione
Viene registrato nel 2000 grazie alla vincita di alcune ore gratuite di sala di incisione messe a disposizione grazie alla vittoria riportata ad un concorso per gruppi emergenti avvenuta l’anno precedente a Ronco Brigantino (Mi).
E’ da precisare che le ore gratuite di incisione messe a disposizione dal concorso erano complessivamente 10, ma furono completamente utilizzate solo per sistemare i suoni della batteria… il resto è “uscito incredibilmente” dalle tasche di ogni componente dei Drivhell!!!
Sunrise contiene oltre all’Overture alla canzone End of times il vero “cavallo di battaglia” della band: Revenge.
Questa canzone racconta la storia di un povero contadino sfortunato a cui hanno ucciso la famiglia, il quale passa tutta il resto della sua vita ad inseguire il “man on his black horse” per vendetta.
Le copie del cd di Sunrise non sono attualmente disponibile, in quanto tutti i 500 cd inizialmente stampati sono state venduti: per il momento, dunque, i fans che volessero riascoltarlo saranno costretti a seguire la band nelle sue performance live.
